How secure is your payment system?

Very! We use Paypal. When you make payment you are transfered to the secure Paypal website where you can pay using your credit card, such as Visa or Mastercard, or Paypal account. No account details are ever entered on our site.

What happens once I place my order?

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order placed.

Will I receive notification for the despatch of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email informing you of the despatch of your order. All deliveries are sent by Royal Mail signed for so that your order can be tracked with simplicity. We will also provide you with the tracking reference which you can track via the Royal Mail website.

Delivery - 2-3 working days usually, but can take up to 10 days.

What if you are unable to deliver specific items ordered?

If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you by email to advise you. You will be given the option to wait for item to become available, select an alternative from our website or obtain a refund.

Do you have a minimum order?

No! Your order can be as small or as large as you want to make it.

Can I make changes to my order?

By all means, you can make changes to your order. The quickest way is for you to call us on 01923 803 659. Please ensure to have your order number at hand.

Do you charge for postage?

Yes we do. For all orders delivered within the UK we have a flat rate charge of £2.95. For orders delivered to Europe the flat rate charge is £9.95. For orders delivered worldwide we quote for each specific item.

What do your sizes mean?

All our clothing sizes are in UK measurements. Below will give you a guide for the sizes available to enable you to make an informed decision of the size you wish to select.
