Fine Threads will deliver to European countries by Royal Mail Signed For Service. Our price per order placed are as follows

• UK £2.95
• Europe £9.95

For deliveries to countries outside the European zone please contact us at info@finethreads.co.uk to arrange delivery and for the precise delivery cost. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Returns

Should you wish to return any items bought, they must be returned within 14 working days of the purchase and in its original condition for a full 100% refund.  Your refund will be applied in the same manner as payment was made to Fine Threads London.

Cancellations

You can cancel or change your order once you have submitted it. You can either inform us via email on info@finethreads.co.uk or call us on 01923 803 659 (Monday – Friday 9am-4pm). Should we be unavailable to take your call, you can leave a message with your name and telephone number on our voicemail system and we will call you back.
